what is big – can be small – Yau Tong 2008

25 10 2009

Earlier on in the blog I mentioned my input into the design of the Yau Tong MTR station in Hong Kong back in the late 90s – I left behind the team that built it to return to the UK and always thought it was quite a BIG building – however have a look at these shots taken in 2008 that show it in context today with the local HA building massive blocks of flats above it . You have got to admire the Chinese when it comes to projects on a really big scale .800px-HK_Yau_Tong_Estate_2008 with arrow800px-YauTongStation
